Business Consultant Manager (Telematics) - Software - Jakarta (B-118076)

The working venue is in Cilandak, South Jakarta.

Our client is a Software Company. Currently, they are looking for Business Consultant Manager (Telematics).

Job Responsibilities:

1. Do competitive analysis and industry trend studies about telematics related.
2. Gather and analyze customers' needs and concerns.
3. Identify unmet customer needs and translate them into actionable product roadmaps.
4. Convert market insights into clear, concise, and measurable product requirements.
5. Develop requirement documents, user stories, use cases, and proposals for product teams and clients.
6. Ensure that business needs, technological feasibility, market trends and associated cost are aligned.
7. Facilitate requirement gathering sessions with clients and internal teams to define project scope.
8. Work closely with clients, sales and product teams to understand and address business challenges.
9. Bridge the gap between business strategy and technology implementation, offering data driven solutions.
10. Serve bidirectional communication bridge, translating client requirements for internal teams and explaining technical constraints to customers.
11. Manage and coordinate cross functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
12. Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science) or related.
2. Business English proficiency (ability to communicate fluently to foreigner).
3. Min. 6 years in Business Analysis and Consulting in telematics for automotive or manufacture industry, experienced in data analysis (excel, SQL, Tableau) with working experience in foreign company.
4. Experienced in market research, competitive analysis and customer requirement gathering, experienced in digital transformation, IT project management and telematics data analysis, also experienced in organizing, structuring, and documenting business requirements.
5. Good analytical and problem solving abilities, excellent communication and stakeholder management, good presentation and documentation skill.

Preferable Skill / Experience:

1. Experienced in cloud computing technologies.
2. Familiar with DMS data, connected car services, or IT driven business strategies.
3. Experienced in Jira, Asana and Confluence.
