Une entreprise leader recherche un HR Generalist passionné pour rejoindre leur équipe dynamique. Le candidat idéal aura 2 ans d'expérience, un diplôme pertinent, et sera capable d'analyser les besoins des clients pour assurer un bon fonctionnement du système HCM. Des compétences analytiques solides et une excellente communication sont essentielles pour réussir dans ce rôle.
Having 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Law, or a related field from a reputable university.
Knowledge and understanding of Compensation & Benefits, Personnel Management, People Development, Industrial Relations, and their implementation.
Experience with IFS, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems is an advantage.
Experience in the public accountant (KAP) industry is also an advantage.
Passionate about working as a consultant in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Able to work independently or in a team.
Willing to learn and travel frequently.
