Sales Administration

• Curate and enrich our customer database, tagging each account by mining segment (coal, mineral, etc.).
• Run AI-assisted web research to uncover new prospects, craft introduction emails, and surface their exact requirements.
• Own our LinkedIn voice: reply to comments, nurture leads, and flag hot conversations for the sales team.
• Sync weekly with sales on pipeline progress and targets.
• Tailor PowerPoint decks and quotations using AI templates, then follow up with the team.
  
  

Operations Support

• Monitor project boards in ClickUp; escalate delays or critical blockers.
• Validate and log field-team fund requests, ensuring transfers go out on time.
