Job description

This position is responsible for on-site management, local resource coordination, and handling various operational matters to ensure smooth business operations in Indonesia. The role serves as a vital bridge between the company and Local Partners, Authorities, and Teams. The ideal candidate must speak fluent Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, and English.

Key Responsibilities:

1. On-Site Project Management

Oversee daily operations at project sites, including staff deployment, material logistics, and progress tracking to ensure smooth and efficient execution.

Organize regular on-site meetings to coordinate cross-departmental tasks and enhance team efficiency.

2. Local Resource Coordination

Develop and maintain a local network of suppliers and partners; build and nurture relationships.

Liaise with local government agencies, industry associations, and stay up to date with relevant policies, regulations, and industry developments.

Coordinate local resources as needed for the company’s business initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation and support.

3. Administrative & General Support

Handle various day-to-day administrative matters, including document translation, contract signing, and email correspondence.

Assist with HR-related tasks for local staff, such as recruitment, training, performance reviews, and resolving personnel issues.

Manage emergency situations (e.g., natural disasters, public health events, legal issues), formulate response plans, and report to headquarters promptly.

Requirements:

Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and Chinese (Mandarin) (spoken and written); good English reading and writing skills preferred.

2. Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree or above in International Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, Languages, or related fields.

3. Work Experience

Minimum 2 years of work experience in Indonesia; familiarity with local business practices, regulations, and cultural norms.

Prior experience in site management or resource coordination preferred.

4. Professional Skills

Strong project management, resource integration, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); data analysis skills are a plus.

5. Personal Attributes

Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong team spirit, adaptability to working/living in Indonesia.

Detail-oriented, responsible, with high confidentiality awareness and ability to workunderpressure.
