A leading company is seeking a Business Assistant (HR&GA) who is a Mandarin speaker to handle various HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate will manage employee relations, recruitment, and daily office operations while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws. Fluency in Mandarin and English, along with a bachelor's degree, is required. The position offers an opportunity for immediate work at a WFO location in Cakung.
At least 4 years of relevant work experience in human resources, familiar with recruitment, employee relations management, and other modules.
Must be fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
A bachelor's degree or above, with a background in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Possess good communication and coordination skills, handling various personnel issues properly.
Proficient in using office software such as MS Office, especially Excel for data organization and analysis.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to work at WFO in Cakung (10 mins from MOI Kelapa Gading).
