Business Assistant (HR&GA) MANDARIN SPEAKER

At least 4 years of relevant work experience in human resources, familiar with recruitment, employee relations management, and other modules.

Must be fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

A bachelor's degree or above, with a background in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Possess good communication and coordination skills, handling various personnel issues properly.

Proficient in using office software such as MS Office, especially Excel for data organization and analysis.

Excellent communication skills, high integrity, awareness, commitment to tasks, willingness to learn, and a growth mindset.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Mature and trustworthy with attention to confidentiality, strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and ensure high-quality work.

Willing to work at WFO in Cakung (10 mins from MOI Kelapa Gading).

Job Descriptions
  • Maintain employee relations, handle onboarding, off-boarding, and regularization procedures, ensuring personnel information accuracy.
  • Manage the employee performance evaluation system and conduct regular assessments and feedback.
  • Responsible for daily recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening resumes, organizing interviews, and follow-up.
  • Monitor attendance, recruitment and selection processes, expatriate documents, BPJS employment, visa, payroll, office management, procurement, travel arrangements, and corporate events.
  • Manage daily office operations to maintain productivity and efficiency.
  • Oversee office administration, procurement, vendor management, and facilities maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of company assets for proper use and maintenance.
  • Handle daily reimbursements, expense approvals, and track office expenses, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage import clearance cycles for equipment and parts from China or other countries.
  • Familiar with Indonesian labor laws and related government regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and other departments.
  • Translate documents between Mandarin, Indonesian, and English as needed.
