Business Analyst - IoT Business Manufacturing

This role will be responsible for requirement collection and analyzing project regions based on current processes. You will be collaborating with software vendors to optimize enhancements and deliver products.

Our client is a regional company specializing in the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), offering a platform designed to facilitate the digital transformation of industrial enterprises.

Description

• Responsible for new requirement collection and analysis in project regions and optimizing existing process designs based on client's objectives.
• Collaborate with software vendors to optimize enhancements based on existing deliverables, assist vendors in refining software solutions to achieve closed-loop processing.
• Partner with modeling experts to collect and consolidate data for new regions, support model tuning through data processing, and facilitate client-facing communication on business insights.

Profile

• Responsible for communicating business requirements with clients, capable of translating business needs into software/product requirements. Able to assess feasibility and rationality of requirements, promptly communicate with developers, and deliver actionable solution deliverables aligned with requirements.
• Analyze and streamline business requirements and present solutions aligned with clients' operational scenarios.
• Manage project requirements, including tracking and verification of requirement points, and handle change request management post-requirement sign-off.
• Full-time bachelor's degree or higher; 3+ years of business analysis experience with proven proposal drafting and client presentation skills.
• Proficient in Axure; skilled in documentation, flowcharting, and object/data modeling tools.
• Preferred: Experience in large-scale IoT, smart manufacturing, enterprise digital transformation, digital water management, forestry, or agriculture projects.
• Familiar with requirements elicitation methodologies, strong business process and model analysis capabilities, and deep understanding of domain-specific systems (e.g., ERP/PLM/MES/WMS) and workflows.
• Native Indonesian preferred. Must have excellent English reading, writing, and listening abilities.
