Bosch Rexroth Indonesia invites college students to join a full-time paid internship from January to June 2027. You will support the Business Development Division with data work, dashboards, and process improvement initiatives, gaining hands-on exposure to real-world projects.

You will work with Excel and Power BI, communicate in English and Bahasa, and develop analytical and presentation skills while contributing to data-driven decisions.

Formación

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI
• Must be able to work independently or in a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa
• Basic understanding of business processes and data analysis techniques
• Ability to interpret and present data in a clear and concise manner
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint
