This role is essential for turning complex market and business data into actionable insights that support management decisions and regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate will have a sharp analytical mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the financial services landscape. This individual will oversee a team responsible for performance tracking, competitor benchmarking, financial analysis, and the development of the company's Sustainable Finance Action Plan (RAKB). Its a unique opportunity to influence business strategy through meaningful analysis and insights.

Responsibilities:

- Build and manage databases by gathering data from various sources.

- Create, develop, and analyze market performance (including the automotive market, financing sector, and competitor performance).

- Create, develop, and analyze key business performance indicators (such as sales rate trends, funding costs, quality profiles, and productivity ratios).

- Develop market penetration and business channel analysis.

- Conduct internal discussions with related functions.

- Prepare monthly financial performance analysis.

- Responsible for the annual rating process.

- Responsible for compiling and delivering the Annual Report and Sustainability Report.

- Responsible for facilitating the development, delivery, and socialization of the Sustainable Finance Action Plan (RAKB).

- Develop monitoring tools to track the implementation and achievement of the RAKB.

- Prepare various company performance presentations and materials for management meetings.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Bachelors degree in any related field.

At least 7 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.

Preferably experienced in the financial industry.
