As a CRM Business Analyst, you will be client-facing and responsible for the discovery, scoping, and collection of requirements to build and deploy solutions tailored to your customer. You’ll solve problems using your CRM knowledge as you liaise between Avanade clients, your project team, and the wider internal CRM community. This role provides the opportunity to work for Microsoft’s #1 partner, with a focus on personal development and training in both technology and soft skills. Together we do what matters.

What you’ll do

• Consult and advise clients and internal stakeholders on uses of technology to solve business problems
• Participate in client workshops to analyze and design solutions for workstreams
• Transform business requirements into application requirements, populate the requirements traceability matrix, and conduct fit/gap analysis
• Write functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team to ensure understanding of requirements
• Prototype, configure, and test business processes

Skills and experiences

• Passion for learning, good business sense, and time management
• Effective management of client expectations
• Strong consulting skills and client-facing experience with an implementation partner and/or end user
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules/Power Platforms
• At least one full-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM / Power Platforms
• Managing/leading teams remotely is a plus but not required
