Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Islamic Economics/Sharia Business, Management, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in financial institutions, banking, consulting, research institutions, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong interest in research, data analysis, business development, and socioeconomic issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Canva.
• Familiarity with analytical and research tools such as Python, R, Stata, SPSS, KoboToolbox, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel as required.
