Job summary

Crossing Hurdles in Indonesia is seeking a data-driven Business Analyst to evaluate and compare chatbot responses against defined business and quality criteria. You will analyze outputs and identify gaps to provide accurate structured assessments.

In this role you will support AI performance improvement through solid business judgment, analytical thinking, and meticulous documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate findings into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business/data tools.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate chatbot/business outputs against defined criteria.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum is an added advantage.
