Analyzing users/clients in translating business needs, gaps, and issues.
Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions, providing consultation on the customer digital journey and digital transformation.
Analyze as-is and to-be processes to define system/technology/business requirements.
Utilize new ERP tools to implement analyzed business process.
Collaborate with technical teams to implement, test and improve business process system.
Support the delivery of quality functional/application digital designs.
Support development and implementation of quality business digital solutions for the client.
Requirements
1 year experience or more in business process development or relevant field. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Bachelor’s degree from Business Management, Economic, Industrial Engineering, Information System or equivalent.
Have strong analytical thinking and able to collaborate with teams.
Independent and high initiative.
Good literacy in business and technical process terms.
Basic Project Management that demonstrate your ability to build, manage and execute a plan with agility and self-manage skills.
General knowledge of ERP/MRP applications and how they work for functional areas such as Finance, Order Management, Engineer to Order, Warehouse/Inventory, Reporting and others would be a plus
Experience in handling, managing, and delivering client requirements would be a plus.
