Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business and IT by translating requirements into system specifications and back again. You will study business functions, gather information, and define operational objectives to improve processes and controls.

The role requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of business analysis experience, with strong communication and analytical thinking. English fluency is essential; Mandarin could be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as a communication bridge between business and IT by translating business requirements into system specifications and vice versa.

• Evaluate system/process requirements and formats; recommend improvements.
• Write and maintain procedures to update system/process protocols.
• Provide user documentation, training, and ongoing user support.

Job Description :

• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating system/process requirements and formats.
• Recommend improvements for system/process by studying current practices; designing modifications where applicable.
• Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
• Maintain system/process protocols by writing and updating procedures.
• Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing support; training users.
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve current processes, discover issues and deliver better values.

Job Requirement :

• Min Bachelor Degree in any field
• Having min 2 years of working experience as Business Analyst
• Good Communication and Analytical Thinking
• Fluent in English, can speak Mandarin could be an advantages
• Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
