Business Analyst

Maintain and enhance custom applications and SaaS services that support our business goals.

Gather business requirements from regional management and stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Manage application rollout projects from initiation to go-live, ensuring timely and effective delivery of solutions.

Document processes, functionalities, and requirements to maintain a clear understanding of the system and support future maintenance and upgrades.

Develop test cases and run acceptance tests with support from stakeholders to ensure a smooth implementation process.

Conduct training and review user adoption to ensure system usage meets business requirements.

Support and troubleshoot issues on custom applications, working closely with end-users to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.

Collaborate with process owners, end-users, and other stakeholders (i.e. vendors, third parties) on projects and maintenance, fostering positive working relationships and ensuring alignment with business needs.

Work as part of a regional IT organization in administering applications and services to ensure effective support of business operations.

Experience and Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Business IT, Information Systems Management, or other similar disciplines.

3-4 years of Business Systems experience, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skillset, with the ability to identify root causes of problems and develop effective solutions.

Self-motivated and able to manage and prioritize tasks and time efficiently, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables.

Understanding of the education/enrichment industry will be an advantage, but not required.

Good team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across functions and locations.
