Responsibilities- Identify, evaluate, and document existing processes to pinpoint areas of inefficiency and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure the alignment between business plan and the strategic plan of the Bank's activities.
- Develop and implement streamlined processes that enhance customer service, reduce operational costs, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to assess process performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, proactively seeking feedback from stakeholders and making necessary adjustments to processes.
Requirements- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in process improvement or related roles in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and process mapping.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
- Understanding of business management & strategy.
- Able to prioritize appropriately and adapt quickly.
