Business Analyst / Corporate Strategy Associate

SESNA was established based on passionate to contribute helping the future of Indonesia’s renewable energy sector, focusing on Solar Independent Power Producer (IPP) Development. Energy is one of the most crucial infrastructure elements that influence a country’s development. The fast growth of Indonesian population and industry encourage government to develop more power capacity to fulfill the increasing basic needs.

Qualification:

  1. Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s or master’s degree in management, Industrial Engineering, Physics Engineering, Energy Conversion, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  3. Have experience in Renewable Energy Sector (will be plus).
  4. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  5. Managerial skills in leading teams and managing project resources.
  6. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.

Job Description:

  1. Develop and implement company project frameworks aligned with the company’s strategic objectives, ensuring clear goals, timelines, and deliverables for each phase.
  2. Oversee the execution of various company projects including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Fundraising, Corporate Initiatives, and Initial Public Offering (IPO) to ensure alignment with the overall strategic plan and corporate goals.
  3. Collaborate closely with technical, financial, legal, and environmental teams to ensure full compliance with regulatory and policy requirements.
  4. Prepare and maintain long-term project plans and execution roadmaps to guide ongoing initiatives.
  5. Execute, monitor, and control strategic plans by efficiently allocating resources, tracking progress against key milestones, and ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
  6. Review outcomes of completed work to measure alignment with strategic objectives and gather insights for continuous improvement.
  7. Prepare detailed analytical reports, briefing documents, and presentations for internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory authorities.
  8. Maintain proactive and effective communication with key stakeholders, including government entities, development partners, and strategic collaborators.
