Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements.
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and system designs.
Assist in the development of business cases and ROI analyses.
Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Support project management efforts by ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Coordinate with IT and development teams to ensure system solutions meet business needs.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for performance tracking.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training/support to end-users.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and project management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
