Job description

Role of Purposes:

Reporting to the Business Enablement Lead, you will work as part of an innovative team to design, configure, and implement prototypes used by lines of business to solve operational challenges. You will build data-driven solutions, including BI products, reporting tools, monitoring tools, and dashboards, to improve decision-making processes. You will manage and unify demands from different verticals and business functions, developing strategic plans to ensure project success. Collaborating with senior management and relevant departments, you will identify new opportunities and assist in drafting business proposals. You will also maintain a curiosity for emerging technologies such as RPA, AI, Big Data, NLP, and ML, exploring their capabilities to empower business.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers and project teams to develop and execute business solutions-driven applications.
• Manage operations within the division and oversee new initiatives.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and provide updates to stakeholders, including senior management.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science from an overseas university.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in business analysis and/or technology product development.
• Experience with process analysis, design, implementation, and system testing, including UAT and SIT.
• Experience with RPA technologies such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Strong communication skills, capable of tailoring messages to different audiences.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and meet milestones.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
