Job Scope :
- Create go-to-market strategies and media plans for multiple initiatives in collaboration with a product marketing manager.
- Assist in developing compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
- Engage with stakeholders across various departments to understand business needs and provide insights.
- Craft business cases and monetization models based on each partner’s business needs.
- Propose strategies to optimize operations, product performance, and overall business outcomes.
- Streamline project and campaign executions, ensuring proper tracking, documentation, and follow-up.
- Work closely with product development, design, and engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of growth initiatives.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree with at least 3-5 years of experience.
- Experience in the Financial Services or Payments industry preferred.
- Team-oriented, collaborative, with the ability to work in complex and ambiguous environments.
- Proven ability to partner, communicate, and manage across multiple disciplines and organizational groups.
- Demonstrated success in implementing strategic initiatives.
- Experience managing upward, building executive-level communications, and delivering presentations.
- Strong skills in analytics and data science.
