Job description

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand systems processes and business requirements and translate them to system design
• Configure / customize the application to facilitate designated processes and transaction flow, including interface programs
• Create and execute design specification, documentation, testing and implementation in accordance to the project development methodology, change management and release processes
• Monitor and evaluate software releases / patches and make the appropriate recommendations
• Give review and enhancement of system from Business Unit into Business Requirement Document (BRD)
• Prepare the Testing Scenario for the User Acceptance Test
• Develop, maintain and deliver training and documentation to users

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, Management
• Having at least 2 years working experience as Business Analyst is required
• Having experiences in the business process in banking, retail, logistic and distribution is preferred
• Having extensive skills in Business Process (Procurement, Sales, Inventory Distribution, Finance AR/AP)
• Having experience generating process documentation and reports
• Strong analytical skill, self motivated, team oriented and willing to work hard to get the job done within the deadline
• Good communication skills in both verbal and written
