About the role

We are looking for a talented Business Administration (Korean Speaker) to join our team at PT Lock & Lock Indonesia, based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing consumer products company.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing business strategies, analyzing data, and identifying growth opportunities

Provide administrative support to ensure the organization runs smoothly, such as processing invoices and reconciling accounts

Oversee the daily operations of a business and ensure that all financial, logistical, customer service, staffing, and production goals are met

Create a budget related to the company's business and manage the business budget

Aligning business activities with overall organizational goals

Support the management and the sales team

Design and implement procedures to improve profitability

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a business administrative or business support role

Fluency in both English and Korean, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to create Accounting/Financial reports (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Detail-oriented, well-organized, and strong analytical thinking

Having experience in BI and SAP would be an advantage
