Job Description

Kompetensi Teknis:

• Mampu melakukan berthing dan unberthing kapal dengan aman, termasuk prosedur pengikatan dan pelepasan tali mooring.
• Menguasai teknik sounding tanki kapal dan tanki darat, serta perhitungan volume berdasarkan tabel kalibrasi.
• Terampil dalam menyambung dan melepas selang transfer produk serta melakukan operasi jetty secara aman dan efisien.
• Memahami prosedur blowing/pigging untuk membersihkan pipa setelah transfer produk.
• Mampu mengoperasikan dan memantau alat transfer produk (pompa, valve, flow meter) selama proses pemuatan dan pembongkaran.
• Mampu menghitung dan merekonsiliasi volume produk berdasarkan hasil sounding dan catatan operasional.
• Memahami dan menerapkan SOP operasional, K3, dan prosedur lingkungan selama bekerja.

Experience & Soft Skills

• Disiplin, teliti, dan bertanggung jawab dalam pelaporan data operasional dan hasil kerja.
• Mampu bekerja secara tim, serta berkoordinasi dengan berbagai bagian (QC, maintenance, supervisor).
• Sigap dan tanggap dalam situasi darurat, serta mengikuti latihan dan implementasi prosedur tanggap darurat.
• Memiliki komunikasi yang baik, khususnya dalam serah terima shift dan pelaporan kondisi operasi.
• Bersedia untuk membimbing atau melatih operator baru sesuai arahan atasan.

Kualifikasi

• Pendidikan minimal SMK Teknik, D3 lebih diutamakan (jurusan Teknik Kimia, Teknik Mesin, Teknik Industri, atau bidang terkait).
• Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang operasional terminal CPO, tangki timbun, atau industri sejenis.
• Pengetahuan dasar tentang proses transfer produk cair, sounding tanki, dan operasional jetty.
• Sertifikasi K3, pelatihan dasar pemadam kebakaran, atau pelatihan sejenis menjadi nilai tambah.
• Mampu bekerja shift dan dalam kondisi lapangan (outdoor) dengan jam kerja fleksibel.
