Job description

We are looking for Building Project Monitoring Specialist who will be responsible for:

• Handle planning and monitoring activities related to head office and branch office infrastructure.
• Create and design blueprints for new projects, including budgeting for project values.
• Ensure the realization of infrastructure renovation and maintenance costs in accordance with the owner's estimates and applicable regulations.
• Provide regular weekly and monthly reports.

For this role, we will need someone who:

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or other layout and design planning software.
• Able to compile cost estimates and project timelines.
• Knowledgeable in project management and building materials (both civil and interior).
• Preferably have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the banking industry.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• A team player with strong communication skills and a fast learning ability.
• Strong in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and a logical approach.
