Job description

Managing the daily operations of the building including cleaning, maintenance, and repair work.

Creating budgets for building expenses and overseeing financial management aspects like rent collection and payment of taxes.

Ensuring the building complies with all health and safety laws and regularly conducting inspections.

Coordinating with tenants or residents to address concerns, resolve issues, and meet tenant satisfaction.

Arranging for routine maintenance in areas such as landscaping, elevators, parking lots, or building exteriors.

Supervising building employees and external contractors and managing staff schedules and performance.

Planning and overseeing building upgrades or refurbishment projects when required.

Ensuring the community is in compliance with all regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, vendors, and community stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in building and/or facility management.
  • Good communication skills, preferably in English.
  • Strong personal and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and a team player.
  • Proven managerial and leadership abilities.
