Building Management Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Management Manager to join our team at Kartika Sari Group. As a full-time position based in Bandung, West Java, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of our commercial buildings and properties.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing strategies to ensure optimal building operations and maintenance
2. Supervising and coordinating the work of building maintenance staff, including electricians, plumbers, and custodians
3. Monitoring and managing budgets, purchasing, and inventory related to building operations
4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations
5. Liaising with tenants, contractors, and service providers to address concerns and resolve issues
6. Implementing and overseeing building security and access control systems
7. Preparing and presenting regular reports on building performance and financial metrics

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in building or facilities management, preferably in the construction industry
2. Strong working knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and project management
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with a wide range of stakeholders
4. Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and financial management
5. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of building maintenance staff
6. Familiarity with relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations
7. Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
