Building Maintenance Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle procurement and vendor coordination for building needs: furniture, maintenance, cleaning supplies, pest control, safety equipment, etc.
  • Oversee building utilities (PDAM, electricity, IPL) and ensure timely billing and issue resolution.
  • Plan and supervise preventive maintenance and repair activities.
  • Monitor and manage building assets and inventory.
  • Prepare reports, contracts, and documentation related to procurement and facility projects.
  • Ensure building compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, asset management, and vendor negotiations, particularly in office building categories.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of fleet maintenance, logistics equipment, and regulatory documentation.
