Title: Building Design Manager - Indonesia

Who we are

We present a low-risk, minimal upfront investment, and substantial potential for growth, providing a golden opportunity for small to medium-sized F&B operators to initiate and expand their culinary ventures, be it a restaurant or a flourishing food delivery enterprise, while simultaneously collaborating with enterprises to transform their restaurant businesses into more integral parts of everyday life through our innovative cloud kitchens model.

What you’ll do

• Responsible for managing design process with internal and external project stakeholders and delivering successful project design
• Test-Fitting Modeling + Drawing
• Schematic Modeling + Drawing
• Advanced building systems coordination
• Identify and document regional standards prototype variations
• Manage consulting process for projects
• QA/QC of internal design documentation
• Review AEOR drawing sets for compliance with the prototype and overall design efficiency
• Coordinate project aesthetics /signage/ brand intent
• Site observation and punch-listing
• Identify project strengths and weaknesses from early in the process

What we’re looking for

• 5-7 years relevant experience as a designer with a strong background in interiors/hospitality/F&B and/or renovation / adaptive reuse.
• 2-3 years of peple management experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior design, or related fields.
• Experienced with all project phases.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suites.
• Strong space-planning ability.
• Strong ability in architectural representation, drafting, and detail development.
• Detail obsession, able to go deep on tasks as needed, execute & perform duties with accuracy, raise attention to potential issues & communicate relevant information to all parties.
• Ability to multitask plan development for multiple projects with short timelines.
• Ability to coordinate architectural and engineering systems cohesively.
• Changing the restaurant industry: You’ll be part of a team that helps restaurants succeed in online food delivery.
