Job summary

PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk is seeking a budgeting analyst to analyze departmental budgets, verify inputs, and provide feedback to prevent overbudgeting in a growing Indonesian real estate group. You will consolidate cash flows, coordinate budget adjustment requests, and help develop budgeting modules to streamline planning across residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects.
