Job summary

PT Harsana Eklinika Reforma is seeking a Budget Controller to monitor, control, and review all budget and cost activities. You will prepare annual budget planning and forecasts, review proposals from divisions, and challenge submissions to align with company goals.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years’ experience in budget analysis, strong analytical and planning capabilities, and effective communication and presentation skills to report findings to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management / Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Budget Controller / Budget Specialist / Budget Analyst.
• Strong analytical and planning skills required.
• Good communication and presentation skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, control, and review all budget and costs.
• Prepare and create annual budget planning and forecasts.
• Review and challenge budget and forecast submissions from all divisions.
• Compare and analyze actual vs budget and actual vs forecast.
• Provide timely insights to leadership based on variance analysis.
