Role:

This role involves preparing the annual budget, allocating expenses within the approved budget, and monitoring, controlling, and managing expenditures. The goal is to optimize financial performance to ensure the efficient use of resources and support organizational objectives.

Skills & Experience:

• University graduate (bachelor's degree) in Industrial Engineering or a related field, with approximately 3 years of experience in budget management within the manufacturing industry.
• Experience with systems such as SAP and/or ERP.
• Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional analytical abilities.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

• Create budgets related to raw material purchasing and allocate them across departments or projects.
• Monitor raw material purchases and associated costs, comparing them against the budget.
• Manage supplier contracts and negotiate prices to procure materials at optimal costs.
• Oversee expenditures related to logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and delivery costs.
• Manage logistics service expenditures and oversee taxes and other payment-related matters.

• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, honesty, ability to work under pressure, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Work location: Pasuruan (PIER), East Java.
