JAPFA, an Indonesian agribusiness company focused on animal feed and farming, seeks a senior BSL-2 production lead to oversee all BSL-2 activities and optimize processes for animal health products.

Ideal candidate holds a DVM or related field with at least 1 year in BSL-2 production, plus demonstrated leadership. Strong GMP/GLP knowledge and English proficiency are essential for driving safety and quality improvements.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year progressive experience in BSL-2 production.
• Leadership/managerial experience in production teams.
• Extensive knowledge of GMP/GLP regulations and biosafety.
• Proficiency in English, strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage all BSL-2 production activities, ensuring efficient and high-quality output of animal health products.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust biosafety protocols and procedures.
• Oversee the entire production lifecycle.
• Manage and mentor a team of production scientists and technicians, fostering safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to GMP and GLP throughout all production stages.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, and Regulatory Affairs to facilitate technology transfer and product registration.
• Manage inventory of critical raw materials, reagents, and consumables to ensure uninterrupted production.
