Job summary

Multi Bintang Indonesia is hiring a Brewing Technician based in Tangerang. You will support safety, drive production output, and maintain equipment to ensure reliable operations at the brewery.

Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience, with English proficiency and willingness to work in shifts. This Full-time role offers a pathway to grow within Heineken’s brewing ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biology, Chemical Engineering or related fields.
• Experience: Preferably 1 year of relevant work experience, fresh graduates are welcome.
• Language: Proficiency in English.
• Flexibility: Willing to work in shifts.
• Location: Based in Tangerang Brewery.

• Ensure Safety & Health: Implement and adhere to safety and health protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Drive Production Output: Achieve production goals in terms of quantity and quality.
• Maintain Equipment: Ensure high reliability and availability of production machinery and supporting equipment.
• Control Processes: Implement process control standards to optimize production efficiency.
• Manage Materials: Ensure the availability of production materials.
• Achieve Shop Floor Excellence: Maintain excellence in all shop floor activities.
• Promote Cleanliness: Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards within the working environment.

Education
