Job description

Job Description:

  1. Copy content, caption and upload it for company social media.
  2. Collaborate with KOL/Media Mass to boost brand awareness
  3. Have a negotiable & analysis thinkin
  4. Running paid campaigns on various social media platforms and Google.
  5. Create design marketing collateral using Canva
  6. Create and editing video content with CapCut
  7. Compile all data needed (socmed, budget, promotion performances)
  8. Evaluate all digital strategies that are implemented based on the metrics or KPIs that have been set.
  9. Create event plan (end to end)
  10. Create marketing collateral
  11. Manage CRM & Omnichannel (respond all chat)
  12. Manage paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
  13. Build and track performance for digital campaigns (using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
  14. SEO/SEM basics: optimize content so people actually find it

Job Qualification:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications.
  2. Have a similar experience for at least 1 year.
  3. Strong knowledge of creating and evaluating social media content.
  4. Familiar with ongoing trends on social media.
  5. Familiar with Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, to Google Ads, Capcut & Canva
  6. Having knowledge of SEO (keywords) is a plus.
  7. Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
  8. Strong ability to analyze data, conduct in-depth research, and present creative ideas for brand marketing activities
