Job summary

PT Tempopress International Delivery is seeking a Marketing Staff to develop branding strategies and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across client touchpoints, profiles, tenders, and site assets. The role supports B2B communications within mining and heavy industries.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, 3+ years in branding/corporate communications, fluency in English and Indonesian, and willingness to travel to mining sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Branding, Marketing Communications, or Corporate Communications in B2B (Mining/Heavy Industries).
• Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
• Proficient with LinkedIn and CMS; oversee content creation and design.

Job Description

• Develop and execute corporate branding strategies to strengthen the company’s reputation among B2B clients (mine owners/IUP holders), investors and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all communication touchpoints, including company profiles, tender presentations, social media, and site operational assets.
• Manage the production of corporate marketing collateral, mining service catalogs, and pitch decks to support the Business Development team.

Qualifications

• Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Branding, Marketing Communications, or Corporate Communications - preferably within B2B industries (Mining, Heavy Equipment, Construction, Energy or Heavy Logistics).
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing dynamics, corporate reputation management and stakeholder engagement in capital intensive industries.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian (both written and verbal)
• Proficient in managing professional platforms (especially LinkedIn), website Content Management Systems with a solid understanding of content creation and design oversight.
• Willingness to undertake business trips and site visits to operational mining areas as needed.

Additional Information

• Placement: North Jakarta (Head Office) or Branch Office Kendari
• Work System: Office-based working arrangement, Monday - Friday, 08.30 - 17.30.
