Job summary

Cove Baby is seeking a Graphic Designer to craft visual content across digital and offline channels, ensuring brand consistency across social media, e-commerce, campaigns, product launches, and retail materials.

You will collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, and Creative teams; translate briefs into compelling visuals, manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, and maintain high standards for print and digital production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design
• Strong portfolio with digital and/or offline work
• Proficient in layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Able to adapt designs across formats and platforms
• Good communication and collaboration skills, timely delivery
• Experience in FMCG/beauty/retail brands is a plus

Responsibilities

• Create visual content for social media, e-commerce, digital campaigns, advertisements, and other marketing channels
• Develop creative assets for product launches, promotions, campaigns, and seasonal activities
• Design social media posts, stories, banners, thumbnails, and other digital materials
• Create visual materials to support the Offline Sales team, including catalogs, brochures, and POS materials
• Develop product-focused visuals communicating benefits, features, selling points
• Adapt concepts for different offline sales channels, stores, events, and partners
• Collaborate with Marketing, Offline Sales, E-commerce, KOL/Influencer, and Creative teams
• Communicate briefs, timelines, and revisions with internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with external vendors/printers to ensure accurate production
• Ensure final artwork meets technical specs for digital and print
