Responsibilities
- Develop and refine brand positioning, identity, and architecture aligned with business goals and customer insights.
- Lead the strategic development of integrated marketing campaigns that reinforce brand values and drive engagement.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, PR, and Creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all channels.
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance through qualitative and quantitative metrics, reporting regularly to stakeholders.
- Develop briefs and guide agency partners or internal teams to deliver high-impact creative campaigns.
- Champion brand consistency and quality across internal and external touchpoints.
- Support the development of long-term brand strategy, including purpose, narrative, and brand evolution planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in brand strategy, brand marketing, or related roles (agency or in-house or client services).
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize data into strategic insights.
- High attention to detail and strongly meticulous.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Proven experience managing and executing multi-channel brand campaigns.
- Ability to think both creatively and strategically, with strong project management skills.
- Experience working with or managing creative agencies is a plus.
