Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine brand positioning, identity, and architecture aligned with business goals and customer insights.
  • Lead the strategic development of integrated marketing campaigns that reinforce brand values and drive engagement.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for brand growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, PR, and Creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all channels.
  • Monitor and evaluate brand performance through qualitative and quantitative metrics, reporting regularly to stakeholders.
  • Develop briefs and guide agency partners or internal teams to deliver high-impact creative campaigns.
  • Champion brand consistency and quality across internal and external touchpoints.
  • Support the development of long-term brand strategy, including purpose, narrative, and brand evolution planning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in brand strategy, brand marketing, or related roles (agency or in-house or client services).
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize data into strategic insights.
  • High attention to detail and strongly meticulous.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Proven experience managing and executing multi-channel brand campaigns.
  • Ability to think both creatively and strategically, with strong project management skills.
  • Experience working with or managing creative agencies is a plus.
