Job summary

PT Aroma Prima Livindo is seeking a Brand Executive in Tangerang to develop and execute brand strategies that align with marketing objectives. You will manage brand positioning, product portfolio, and campaigns across digital, social, e-commerce, retail, and offline channels.

You will analyze beauty trends, collaborate with Product Development, Sales, E-commerce, and Creative teams, and lead influencer campaigns to ensure brand alignment.

Qualifications

• D3/S1 in Marketing, Business, Communications, Management, or a related field with min 1-3 years of experience in brand executive, marketing, or product marketing; experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, personal care, or FMCG is preferred.
• Strong understanding of beauty consumer trends, digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable strategies.
• Can join as soon as possible and willing to be placed at Greenlake City, Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with the company’s business and marketing objectives.
• Manage the brand’s positioning, identity, product portfolio, and overall brand image.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, e-commerce, retail, and offline channels.
• Conduct market, competitor, consumer, and beauty-industry trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with Product Development, Sales, E-commerce, Creative, PR/KOL, and Trade Marketing teams.
• Develop campaign briefs, promotional programs, product launches, and brand activations.
• Manage KOL/influencer campaigns and ensure content aligns with the brand identity.
