Your Main Duties in Flying With Us
  • Execute brand marketing plans
  • Coordinate objectives with marketing, creative, and advertising departments
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels
  • Ensure brand communication aligns with company promises and brand positioning
  • Develop and implement media planning, buying, and innovation strategies
  • Create analysis and reports of brand marketing campaigns
  • Perform weekly competitor analysis
Mandatory Qualifications You Must Have
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Brand Marketing or Product Marketing
  • In-depth understanding of brand management
  • Experience handling partnerships or community engagement
  • Creativity and ability to develop ideas into actionable plans
  • Strategic thinking and campaign development skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English
  • Good time and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
