Responsibilities

Your Role: The Brand & PR Specialist is responsible for building, managing, and optimizing the company’s brand image and public/media relations. This role designs and runs effective communication strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and reputation of Rumah123 & 99 Group in the Indonesian property market.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive branding and public relations strategies to enhance Rumah123 & 99 Group’s market presence and reputation
  • Lead Rumah123’s PR strategy: create and distribute press releases, media kit, monthly report, manage media relations, and maintain company reputation.
  • Prepare professional presentation decks for internal and external stakeholders, incorporating corporate data to support messaging and campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the Data & Analytics team to gather, verify, and interpret data relevant for PR storytelling and reporting.
  • Take ownership of monthly and yearly PR performance reports, analyzing media coverage, sentiment, and campaign outcomes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Position Rumah123 as a thought leader in the property industry by creating and distributing insightful, innovative, and value-driven content on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Organize PR events, product launches, and media engagements to maximize brand exposure.
  • Utilize media monitoring and analytics tools to measure and optimize the impact of branding and PR initiatives.
  • Own and grow the official LinkedIn account as a key platform for thought leadership and professional engagement.
  • Monitor media coverage, manage crisis communication, and produce insightful public-facing content.
  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with brands, developers, agents, media, and other key stakeholders for short & long term partnership.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and collaborate on joint campaigns or events to drive business growth.
  • Track partnership performance and deliver actionable insights.
  • Assist in executing brand campaigns and promotional activities to support brand awareness efforts.
  • Support partnership activations by organizing events, collaterals, and communication materials
  • Coordinate with marketing & product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3-4 years experience with a strong emphasis on brand partnership management, brand strategy, and public relations, preferably in property, real estate, or adjacent industries.
  • Proven success in building and managing strategic partnerships that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Experience managing corporate LinkedIn accounts for brand building and thought leadership.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian property market, media landscape, and digital marketing channels.
  • Skilled in media monitoring (software Looker, Brand24), CRM, project management, and content creation tools
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to assess partnership and communication outcomes for continuous improvement.
  • Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
