Job summary

PT Sirkularium Strategic Solution invites students or fresh graduates to join a Brand Partnerships Internship in East Jakarta. You will assist in researching FMCG and enterprise prospects, drafting outreach messages, and coordinating with brands, the agency team, and creators.

Mentored throughout, you will contribute to real deliverables and expand your portfolio. The program runs for 3 to 6 months, on-site in East Jakarta, with a monthly stipend and exposure to sustainability-driven creator

Are you a student or fresh graduate who wants to work where brands, sustainability and the creator economy meet? Sirkularium Agency is opening an internship focused on brand partnerships and communications. The internship is always open: you can apply at any time, and interns join for 3 to 6 months by agreement. You would help communicate and coordinate with FMCG and enterprise partners to explore collaborations with Sirkularium Agency and the influencers in its network, from prospect research and outreach materials to pitch decks and follow-ups, guided directly by the agency team. A monthly stipend is provided, and the work is on-site in East Jakarta.

Sirkularium Agency operates where environmental sustainability meets the creator economy. It represents a roster of eco-conscious Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), sustainability advocates and green lifestyle creators.

Its mission is to connect these voices with brands, enterprises and organisations that want authentic environmental awareness, CSR campaigns and green product adoption, without falling into greenwashing. It is the agency arm alongside Sirkularium's environmental consulting practices.

Your role

As a Brand Partnerships Intern you support the agency's outreach to the private sector. You help research and map FMCG and enterprise prospects, prepare outreach messages and pitch materials, and coordinate communication between brands, the agency team and the creators in our network.

This is a learning role by design: you are mentored throughout, your work feeds into real deliverables rather than simulated exercises, and the scope grows with what you show you can do.

What you will do

Research and map FMCG and enterprise brands investing in sustainability, and keep the prospect pipeline organised

Draft outreach messages, follow-ups and partnership one-pagers in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Design and prepare pitch decks and campaign materials in line with Sirkularium's visual identity

Coordinate schedules, calls and follow-ups between brands, the agency team and creators

Support campaign coordination and recaps once a collaboration is agreed

Learn how creator-economy brand deals are structured, from first outreach to signed collaboration

Who should apply

Final-year student or fresh graduate (S1) in communications, public relations, marketing, design or a related field

Clear, confident written communication; comfortable reaching out to professionals

Design skills (Canva, Figma or similar) and a feel for social media are a plus

Good written Bahasa Indonesia and working English

Curious, organised and reliable; available for 3 to 6 months
