Mentari Group is looking for an experienced and skilled Brand Marketing Senior Executive to join our team. As Brand Marketing Senior Executive, you will be responsible for developing, executing marketing strategies and ensuring branding consistency across all effective marketing channels for Mentari Group partners. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in marketing and a deep understanding of the latest trends in society in general and the education field in particular.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Build and execute a branding strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals.
  2. Identify and understand customer preferences, market trends, and consumer behavior to develop effective branding campaigns.
  3. Lead and collaborate with teams from various divisions in the execution of branding campaigns across all marketing channels, including social media, digital and print advertising, email marketing, and more.
  4. Oversee creative and message design in branding campaigns, including product and advertising design.
  5. Analyze the performance of branding campaigns and marketing activities, making necessary changes or improvements to ensure their success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Education, Advertising, Management, Public Relations or a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
  • Maximum age 32 years old.
  • At least 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
