A leading biotechnology company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to elevate its brands. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of brand marketing experience, including 2 years in a managerial role, particularly in the beauty sector. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, leading creative campaigns, and analyzing market trends. Fluency in English is essential.

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who is ready to elevate Avamora’s brands to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to strengthen positioning in the high-end market.
Lead creative campaigns that drive awareness, desirability, and customer engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand storytelling.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Manage brand budgets and ensure impactful, data-driven marketing execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role (especially on beauty company)
Strong understanding of high-end consumer market and brand positioning.
Proven track record in developing and executing brand strategies, including campaign planning, product launches, and brand positioning
Creative thinker with strong analytical and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis
Solid project management skills – able to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget
Familiar with using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM tools, etc.)
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams (creative, product, sales, etc.) and external partners (agencies, influencers, vendors)
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
