Job description

1. Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business studies, mass communication or any other related field

2. At least 4 years of working experience and exposure in retail and beauty industry

3. Proven experience as an online marketing and social media manager or similar role

4. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia (Mandarin is a plus)

5. Excellent leadership, analytical, interpersonal skills, problem-solving and communication skills

6. Able to multitask and paying extreme attention to detail

7. Exhibit intercultural sensitivity, proactive, and resourceful

8. Understand digital marketing, SEO, SEM, Facebook Ads, and social media platforms

9. Excellent knowledge about beauty trend, cosmetics and skin care

10. Able to join as soon as possible

Responsibilities:

1. Developing, implementing, and execute offline and online marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence across physical channels (events, retail, OOH, print, etc.)

2. Responsible to execute every marketing plan in online and offline platforms

3. Present ideas for the marketing strategy which include marketing programs, strategies, budget, etc.

4. Manage all relevant communication channels including but not limited to digital channels, social media, displays, and printed channels, etc.

5. Create, develop, monitor, and evaluate various strategies including risks and challenges in every branding, marketing, and selling plan to achieve company goals and take responsibility for every plan, risk, and problem faced in carrying out the work

6. Create, develop, evaluate and be responsible for developing the skills of the team, both hard skills and soft skills

7. Monitor all various KOL and also affiliate channels

8. Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape

9. Conduct product training when needed

10. Coordinate all public relations and activities.
