PT Dunia Kido Indonesia is seeking a Brand & Marketing Manager to drive brand growth and customer engagement across various channels. This role involves strategic planning, overseeing marketing activities, and leading a team to achieve business targets. Ideal candidates should possess a strong managerial background in brand marketing, preferably within the baby products or FMCG sectors.
As the Brand & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand and marketing strategies that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, covering both online and offline marketing initiatives, brand management, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will also lead the marketing team and play a key role in ensuring the brand is effectively positioned in the market.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Design and execute brand and marketing strategies (both online and offline) aligned with the company’s vision and business objectives.
Lead brand development, including managing brand positioning, identity, messaging, and visual consistency across all channels.
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing activities, including advertising, promotions, events, PR, and digital marketing campaigns.
Develop and manage short-term and long-term marketing plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Manage ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing initiatives, ensuring effective reach and impact.
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure marketing strategies support business targets and product growth.
Conduct in-depth market research, analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, digital tools, technologies, and best practices, applying innovative solutions to drive marketing effectiveness.
Manage and lead the marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster growth and achieve high performance.
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in brand and marketing, preferably in baby products, consumer goods, or FMCG industries.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and business growth.
Strong understanding of brand building, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
Experience in both traditional (ATL/BTL) and digital marketing channels.
Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
Creative and innovative thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Proficient in using marketing tools, CRM systems, social media platforms, and marketing automation software.
