A leading retail company is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to oversee comprehensive marketing campaigns and drive team performance. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the beauty industry and be skilled in managing both online and offline marketing strategies. This role involves ensuring timelines are met and budgets adhered to while leading diverse marketing initiatives.
Job Descriptions:
1. Handle and execute 360 marketing campaigns planning
2. Driving the marketing team to for online and offline channels, promotions, events, KOL’s and partnerships.
3. End to end marketing projects, ensuring timelines are met, resources are allocated effectively, and goals are achieved.
4. Assist in tracking marketing expenses, ensuring adherence to the allocated budget for each campaign
Requirements:
1. Min. 5 years of experience in brand marketing
2. Experienced in beauty/cosmetic/skin care industry is much preferred
3. Fluency in English
4. Handled KOL, online & offline stores, TikTok & Instagram is a must
