  • Develop and execute brand marketing strategies for offline and online channels, aligning with business goals and utilizing a customer-centric marketing funnel to drive brand presence, sales, and growth.
  • Collaborate with distribution partners, retailers, and e-commerce platforms to ensure consistent brand representation and optimize visibility across offline and online channels.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for launches, promotions, and events, collaborating with creative teams for impactful materials.
  • Efficiently manage and allocate the marketing budget across channels, tracking expenses to maximize campaign impact.
  • Ensure marketing materials and activities align with brand guidelines and values, while regularly reviewing retail and online channels for consistent branding.
  • Enhance customer service, leverage CRM tools, analyze data, and implement retargeting strategies to improve after-sales support, resolve issues, and re-engage customers with personalized campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree majoring in Marketing, Advertising, or relevant field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B & B2C as senior digital marketing
  • Experience in the consumer electronics industry is preferred
  • Experience in leading teams and monitoring their performance
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc)
  • Skills in data analysis, SEO, SEM, PPC, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, social media ads, email marketing, retargeting, and budget management can be implemented to create targeted, optimized, and results-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing multi-million Indonesian rupiah direct-response marketing budgets across all platforms and all device types
  • Proven experience developing and scaling new digital programs, as well as monitoring and refining existing programs to meet the company's objectives, strategies, and forecasts
