Job summary

PT. LIPPO KARAWACI TBK is seeking a Marketing Supervisor to drive growth across our houseware, glassware, and related product brands. The role requires proactive, analytical, and creative individuals who can develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across both offline and online channels.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing or related field, has at least 2 years of marketing experience, and is proficient in English. Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Communication, Public Relations, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing or related position; fresh grads with internship welcome.
• Experience in Houseware, Glassware, Tableware, Consumer Goods, Retail, or Distribution is an advantage.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and online/offline marketing activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, disciplined and target-oriented.
• Honest, responsible, persistent and committed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies for multiple product brands.
• Manage online and offline marketing activities to increase brand awareness and market reach.
• Conduct market research and analyze market trends, customer needs and competitors.
• Develop new market opportunities and support business growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, clients and business partners.
• Plan and monitor marketing campaigns, promotions, events and product launches.
• Manage and support digital marketing and social media activities.
• Coordinate with Sales, E-Commerce, Product, Creative and other departments.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare regular marketing reports and presentations for management.
• Supervise and support the Marketing team in achieving targets.
