We’re looking for a creative marketing leader to be the first key hire in our brand team — someone who can shape, build, and lead SipnPack’s brand presence from the ground up.
As Creative Marketing Lead, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to set the tone, create impactful campaigns, build a small team, and bring our eco-conscious, trend-setting hydration brand to life across all channels.

Responsibilities
- Develop and lead SipnPack’s brand & marketing strategy end-to-end
- Plan and launch awareness campaigns that are bold, relevant, and memorable
- Oversee content, social media, community, and performance ads teams
- Create brand storytelling across platforms (Shopee, IG, TikTok, Ads)
- Set clear creative direction & voice, and make sure the whole team moves with it
- Build & manage a high-performing brand team
- Track performance, analyze data, and iterate campaigns based on results
- Lead the creative team to produce engaging visual, video, & campaign content
- Work directly with the founder and act as the brand's right hand
- Lead public relations activities, including media outreach, event coordination, and press coverage
- Evaluate and maintain marketing strategy
- Develop marketing and sales strategy, goals, milestones, and marketing plan
- Manage a team of marketing professionals and lead marketing team to achieve annual and long-term marketing goals
Qualifications
- 3–5 years experience in brand marketing / creative strategy / digital growth
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience in a related field is required
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing
- The ability to think outside the box and generate fresh ideas
- Excellent content creation skills, with a plus for graphic design, photography, videography, and editing
- Experience leading or managing a small creative/marketing team
- Excellent sense of branding, storytelling, and modern social trends
- Strategic mindset with a strong creative instinct
- Comfortable owning end-to-end execution, especially in a lean team
- Computer literate, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
