Job description

We are looking for an energetic Brand Manager (Food & Beverage), who is passionate about uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative marketing campaigns. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and generate strategies that grow market share, enhance brand reputation, improve customer experience, and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build brand image, strategic management, and product management.
  2. Plan and develop marketing activities, customer loyalty strategies, product launches, promotional campaigns, and events.
  3. Plan and develop communication strategies to increase brand value.
  4. Manage marketing budget with post-evaluation analysis, monitor market trends.
  5. Experience with digital marketing and social media.
  6. Collaborate with the Design Team to develop marketing tools.
  7. Develop customer loyalty programs, and manage website and social media platforms.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or equivalent from a reputable university.
  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a minimum of 5 years as a Brand Marketing Manager in Food & Beverage.
  • Proven experience with a strong understanding of marketing and branding.
  • Strong analytical, leadership skills, and data-driven thinking.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
