Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  2. 3-5 years experience as a Brand Manager in a related industry (beauty product, personal care, or FMCG).
  3. Strong understanding of brand management principles and best practices.
  4. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a creative mindset.
  5. Solid project management and organizational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  7. Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
  8. Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  9. Experience in product launches and brand partnerships is a plus.
  10. Passion for consumer brands and a keen eye for market trends.
  11. Fluent in English.
  12. Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangerang.

Responsibilities

  1. Brand Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with our company's overall vision and goals. Define the brand positioning, target audience, and brand messaging to ensure consistent and compelling brand communication.
  2. Brand Identity: Establish and maintain a strong and cohesive brand identity, including brand guidelines, visual assets, tone of voice, and brand personality. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including website, social media, packaging, and marketing collateral.
  3. Consumer Insights: Conduct market research and gather consumer insights to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends. Use this information to develop and refine marketing strategies and product positioning to maximize brand relevance and appeal.
  4. Marketing Campaigns: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create engaging and impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer retention.
  5. Product Launches: Plan and execute successful product launches, ensuring alignment with the brand strategy and effective communication of product value propositions. Develop launch plans, messaging, and promotional strategies to drive excitement and adoption among target customers.
  6. Brand Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with strategic brand partners and influencers to expand brand reach, drive brand advocacy, and create meaningful brand experiences. Manage partnerships and ensure alignment with brand values and objectives.
  7. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including brand awareness, customer sentiment, and sales data. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, identify growth opportunities, and make informed recommendations to drive brand growth.
